Paul Pfanner

Founder, President & CEO

Paul learned at a young age that if you can fake credentials to get into races, good things happen to you. As a result, he started his career in media from his parents garage. A habitual early riser, he says that he’s working, but he’s really playing with his slot cars.

Laurence Foster

Editor-in-Chief

Laurence gave up a career in aeronautical engineering to pursue his love of motorsports through storytelling and never looked back. He’s from Yorkshire and his favorite football club is Hull City. He’ll thank you to not remind him they aren’t currently in the Premier League.

George Tamayo

Creative Director

George traces his love affair with motorsport to when he first heard about a guy called Clay Reggazoni driving a Ferrari. Since then, it’s been the visceral elements of racing that continue to inspire his creativity. He’s also often riding a bike. Claims it’s where he does his best thinking.

Molly Binks

Producer

Molly is what you call a “people person.” She can literally have a conversation with anyone about anything. That, and her incredible work ethic, are part of what makes her such an effective producer. She also comes from a motor racing family, so she knows a lot of people.

Paul Laguette

Illustrator

Some say Paul Laguette was born with a pencil in his hand and a racecar in his eyes. Thankfully for us, it means we can put his extraordinary talent to good use illustrating, designing and art directing across a slew of projects that even included graphics for a pinball machine. He’s also fond of gardening and stray cats.

John Chambers

Producer

John is our man across the pond. Based in London, he looks after both international and U.S.-based clients and has helped produce much of our cornerstone work. A true patron of the arts, John can often be found on his way to a live music venue or one of London’s many wonderful museums.
